Terms & Cancellation

All correspondence(s) in respect of Tours / Travel Service / Car Rental with Driver bookings should be addressed to M/s. A Qube Hospitality (Last Updated: 01 – June 2024).

Payments

For all contracted services, an advance payment is required to hold the booking on a confirmed basis. The remaining balance can be paid before departure from your country or upon arrival in India, but strictly before the commencement of services. The management reserves the right to decide the amount required as advance based on the nature of service and time left before service commencement.

In special cases such as Special Train Journeys and hotel or resort bookings during peak seasons (Christmas, New Year), full payment is required in advance.

Mode of Payment

Overseas advance payment can be made through Wire Transfer to our bank or via PayPal.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation due to any avoidable or unavoidable reasons, we must be notified in writing. Cancellation charges will apply from the date written notice is received, as follows:

Between 30 to 60 days or more prior to arrival: 10% of the tour/service cost
Between 16 to 29 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour/service cost
Up to 15 days prior to arrival or No Show: No refund

Note: Written cancellation will be accepted on all working days except Sunday. Any cancellation sent on Sunday will be considered received on the next working day (Monday).

During Christmas and New Year (20 December to 5 January), payments are non-refundable.

If you cancel the trip after it has commenced, refunds will be limited and depend on what we are able to recover from hotels or contractors. No refunds for unused hotel stays, transportation, missed meals, etc.

Wildlife Safaris Cancellation

All wildlife safaris booked in any Indian Wildlife National Park or Sanctuary are non-refundable. Even date-change requests will be treated as cancellations, and no payment will be refunded or adjusted.

Our Liabilities & Limitations

After finalizing tour/service costs, any increases in entrance fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges by the Government of India will be charged as additional.

A Qube Hospitality acts only as an agent for hotels, airlines, transporters, railways, and contractors. All receipts, contracts, and tickets issued by us are subject to their terms and conditions.

All itineraries listed are sample itineraries intended to offer a general idea of the travel schedule. Factors such as weather, road conditions, participant capability, etc., may require changes before or during the tour. We reserve the right to adjust schedules for safety and comfort.

Rates are based on prevailing negotiated prices. Hotels and airlines may change prices without notice. In such cases, previously quoted rates may be revised accordingly. Hotel bookings follow standard check-in and check-out times unless otherwise mentioned.

We are not responsible for delays, changes, or extra expenses caused by natural hazards, flight cancellations, equipment breakdowns, weather conditions, sickness, landslides, political situations, or any unforeseen events.

We are not liable for loss, injury, or damage to persons or property caused directly or indirectly by natural hazards, accidents, machinery breakdown, transport delays, wars, civil disturbances, thefts, epidemics, customs regulations, or any situation beyond our control.

We do not provide insurance for accidents, sickness, theft, or other losses. Visitors are advised to arrange their own insurance in their home country. All baggage and personal belongings remain the client's responsibility.

Please Note: We will not be responsible for any additional costs arising from unforeseen events such as roadblocks, landslides, or bad weather.
